Below are size guides for rashguards and T-Shirts. The hoodies are standard fittimg and so are the spats. Its best to go with the size you normall are with these products. For example if you are as large fitting in the T shirt and rash guard then go with this for the hoodies, spats and shorts. The T Shirts are a tight fit, so if a looserfit is preffered its recommended to go for the next size above.
