Each training discipline is priced separately, allowing you to choose exactly what you want to train.

You may train in one discipline or combine multiple memberships depending on your goals.

Striking Timetable- Ground Floor

The Strikers Timetable covers two disciplines:

Two-Discipline Membership – £60

Choosing any two disciplines for £60 per month also includes:

• 24-hour thumbprint access

• Open use of the mats

• Access to the weights room

• Access to the cardio room

This option is ideal for members who want greater flexibility and additional training outside of structured classes.

Unlimited membership entitles you to full 24 hour access to the gym and all classes on the timetables. Adults single style is limited to one martial art only (Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ Gi, BJJ No Gi & MMA). Please note single style membership does not entitle you to 24 hour access to the gym facilities. The BJJ Kids class is open to none members for £7.50 per session.
