He continued his winning streak with double golds in both Gi and No Gi divisions at the Empire Grappling: North East (Middlesbrough) Open in February and again at the Empire Grappling: Northern (Manchester) Open in March. His triumphs didn't stop there, as he went on to win gold at the Empire Grappling: Yorkshire (Barnsley) Open in May, followed by clinching the British title in the same month.
