Gamefight Interclub Bradford – 9th February 2025

On February 9th, 2024, the Gamefight Interclub in Bradford brought together 60 students from across four Gamefight academies—Bradford, Wakefield, Leeds, and Dewsbury—for a day of high-level competition and invaluable experience.

Representing Gamefight Wakefield, we took a strong squad of 15 students, all of whom stepped onto the mats ready to test their skills against tough opposition. Every competitor showed heart, determination, and the true spirit of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, pushing themselves in challenging matches.

Results & Medal Haul

Our Wakefield team put in a fantastic performance, earning:
🥇 5 Gold Medals
🥈 4 Silver Medals
🥉 2 Bronze Medals
🏅 4 Fourth-Place Finishes

A huge thank you to our Gamefight family in Bradford for hosting such a well-run and welcoming event. These interclubs are a vital part of our students’ development, providing a great platform to test techniques in a supportive but competitive environment.

Wakefield Kids Coach Dan’s Thoughts
